She offers a range of treatments including remedial massage, relaxation massage, sports massage, myofascial cupping, gentle scar therapy, TMJ Dysfunction & Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET).

 

With a special interest in treating upper back, neck, & shoulder pain, Catherine takes a personalised, client-centred approach to help reduce tension, restore balance & improve overall wellbeing.
