Catherine is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist who combines evidence-based bodywork with holistic techniques to support the body’s natural healing processes. She works with a range of therapeutic approaches including deep tissue massage, remedial massage, myofascial cupping, sports massage, relaxation massage, and Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET).

She is actively involved in the wider health and sporting community, having volunteered her skills at major events such as the HBF Run, Ironman Western Australia, and the Tour of Margaret River. Catherine has also worked with several local and international rugby teams, supporting athlete recovery, rehabilitation, and performance.

Growing up, Catherine played netball and basketball, but her greatest passion has always been artistic roller skating. After a serious skating accident in 2018, she experienced significant back, neck, and shoulder injuries, along with chronic migraines and a sleeping disorder. This personal journey gave her a deeper understanding of how ongoing pain can impact daily life and shaped her empathetic, client-focused approach to treatment.

My Approach

Catherine has a special interest in treating upper back, shoulder, and neck pain—areas where many people carry tension due to daily stress, posture, and physical strain.

Her approach combines targeted remedial techniques with a holistic understanding of the body. While addressing physical dysfunctions through hands-on therapy, she also recognises that stress, trauma, and emotional experiences can be held within both the body’s tissues and energy field.

By integrating remedial massage with gentle energy work, Catherine aims to help release these patterns, reduce tension, and restore balance throughout the body. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, ensuring a personalised and supportive experience that promotes long-term wellbeing.
