Relaxation Massage - $100
A gentle, soothing massage designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. It involves smooth, flowing strokes with light to moderate pressure
Remedial Massage - $115 (health fund rebates apply)
A therapeutic massage aimed at treating musculoskeletal issues, injuries, and dysfunctions. It involves a combination of deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping and stretching to restore function, reduce pain, and support rehabilitation.
Integrated Energy Therapy ® (IET) - $100
IET is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that helps release emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual blockages held within the body.
Over time, life experiences and emotions can become stored in our energy field. IET works with nine key areas of the body that connect with the seven chakras, helping to identify and release suppressed emotions such as fear, guilt, shame, anger, heartache, or feelings of powerlessness.
During a session, gentle pressure is applied to specific acupressure points while I channel angelic energy to help clear and transform stuck energy. This process supports deep energetic healing, restoring balance and promoting a greater sense of calm, clarity, and well-being.
Payment can be made by cash or card. For remedial treatments, an invoice is provided after your session, which you can use to claim through your health insurance.
